Your Privacy Choices
YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES
The LA Fraternity Entertainment Group LLC
Effective Date: August 11, 2026
This page supplements our Privacy Policy and explains your right under California law to opt out of the “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and how to exercise that right.
What “Sharing” Means Here
If our Site uses advertising or analytics tools that allow a third-party platform to receive information about your visit, such as pixels from advertising networks, that can be treated as “sharing” your personal information under California’s CPRA even though we do not sell information for money. Whether this applies depends on which tools are active on the Site, which we confirm and list below.
Tools Currently in Use
Currently, this Site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure site traffic and performance. This analytics configuration is not linked to Google Ads, does not enable remarketing or advertising personalization features, and no other advertising or tracking pixels, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter/X, or Snap, are active on this Site. Based on this configuration, the Company does not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CPRA, and no opt-out action is required at this time. If that changes, this page will be updated before the change takes effect, and an opt-out mechanism will be provided.
How to Opt Out
- Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we will treat that signal as a valid opt-out request for this Site.
- Direct Request. You may submit an opt-out request through our Contact page at thelafraternity.com/contact or by written notice to the Company’s registered agent for service of process on file with the California Secretary of State. Include “Privacy Choices” in the subject line.
- Browser and Platform Controls. You can also limit tracking through your browser’s cookie settings or through the ad-preference controls offered directly by advertising platforms such as Meta or Google.
What Happens After You Opt Out
Once we receive and verify your opt-out request, we will disable cross-context behavioral advertising sharing associated with your browser or account going forward. This does not affect our use of your information to fulfill a reservation inquiry you have already submitted, or our other uses described in the Privacy Policy that do not constitute a sale or sharing.
