The LA Fraternity Entertainment Group LLC (“The LA Fraternity,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through www.thelafraternity.com (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices available to you. This Policy applies to visitors and guests in all Service Cities, including Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Miami.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly. When you submit a reservation inquiry on the Site, we collect your name, phone number, email address, number of guests, preferred event date, requested venue name, and any message or special request you include. If you contact us directly, we collect the information in that communication.

Usage Data. We automatically collect certain technical information when you visit the Site, including IP address, browser type, device type, granular device details, approximate city-level location, pages viewed, referring URL, and time and date of visit.

Cookies and Similar Technologies. We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, measure performance, and, where enabled, support advertising and retargeting on platforms such as Meta and Google. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit some Site functionality.

Photography and Video. As described in our Terms of Use, we and our Partner Venues may capture photographs and video at events for marketing and social media use. These images may constitute personal information if they identify you.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to and process reservation inquiries and coordinate with the relevant Partner Venue
• To communicate with you about your inquiry, upcoming events, or Company announcements
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site
• To send marketing communications where permitted, with an opt-out available in every message
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use
• To produce and distribute event marketing and social media content

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share personal information as follows:

• Partner Venues. Reservation details are shared with the specific Partner Venue named in your inquiry so that venue can process your visit.
• Service Providers. We share information with vendors who support our operations, such as website hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers, under confidentiality obligations.
• Advertising Partners. If we enable advertising or retargeting pixels (for example, on Meta or Google), those platforms may receive certain usage data. Under California law this may be treated as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising even though no money changes hands, and you have the right to opt out as described in Section 5.
• Legal and Safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to legal process, or protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our Partner Venues, or others.
• Business Transfers. Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets involving the Company or The Asauni Group LLC, subject to this Policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain reservation and inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain business records, and to comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

5. Your Privacy Rights

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you
• Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, including cross-context behavioral advertising — see our Your Privacy Choices page for details on how to opt out, including via a Global Privacy Control signal
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information
• Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights

To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 9. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by California law. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Nevada and Florida Residents

Nevada and Florida residents may contact us to opt out of the sale of covered information, though the Company does not currently sell personal information as defined under Nevada or Florida law.

Other Jurisdictions

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law. Contact us using the information in Section 9 and we will address your request under the law that applies to you.

6. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Site and Services are not directed to, and are not intended for use by, individuals under 18 years of age, consistent with the age-restricted nature of the venues we curate. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have done so, we will delete that information.

8. Future Membership Program

The Company does not currently operate a paid membership program. If a membership program is launched, enrollment will involve additional personal information, potentially including payment and identity verification data, and will be governed by a supplemental privacy notice describing that processing in detail. This Policy will be updated at that time.
